Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using prismwork.com, heartiquotient.com, hearti.app, or app.heartiquotient.com (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

These Terms are between you and PrismWork, Inc.

The Services

PrismWork provides:

• The HEARTI Leader Snapshot — a free behavioral leadership assessment at hearti.app
• HEARTI Foundations — a 14-day paid leadership development experience ($397)
• The HLQ Research Report — free download
• The enterprise HEARTI platform — for organizational use at app.heartiquotient.com
• The Intentional Power Leadership Letter and The Sticky — free email newsletters

Free Assessment

The HEARTI Leader Snapshot is provided free of charge. Results are for personal development use. Results are self-reported and reflect your own ratings of your behaviors. They are not clinical assessments, diagnostic tools, or predictors of job performance.

HEARTI Foundations — Purchase Terms

Price: $397 (price at time of purchase applies)

Upon purchase you receive:

• Immediate access to the HEARTI Foundations 14-day workbook (PDF download)
• Unlocking of your full six-dimension HEARTI profile from your most recent Snapshot result
• Email delivery of workbook and profile link

Refund policy: Due to immediate digital delivery of the workbook and profile unlock, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing access, contact hello@prismwork.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve it.

Enterprise Platform

Enterprise access is governed by the agreement between PrismWork and your organization. Individual users accessing the platform through an enterprise token agree that their results may be shared with designated administrators within their organization as defined in that agreement.

Intellectual Property

The HEARTI framework, HEARTI Leader Quotient assessment, all research content, workbook materials, and website content are owned by PrismWork, Inc. HEARTI® is a registered trademark of PrismWork, Inc.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our assessment instruments, workbook content, or research reports without written permission from PrismWork, Inc.

Limitations of Liability

HEARTI assessments and related materials are for personal and professional development only. They are not clinical, psychological, or medical assessments. PrismWork makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrismWork shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
